Insurance & Payment Options
At Carekal Health, we believe home health services should be simple, affordable, and easy to access. Our team verifies insurance benefits, obtains authorizations quickly, and explains coverage clearly before services begin so families can focus on care — not paperwork or billing confusion.
In-Network Coverage – Baylor Scott & White Health Plan
Carekal Health is proudly IN-NETWORK with Baylor Scott & White Health Plan (BSWHP). We currently accept:
✔ BSWHP HMO plans
✔ BSWHP PPO plans
✔ BSWHP Employee & Employer-Sponsored plans
Eligible members can receive skilled nursing and home health aide services with lower out-of-pocket costs, faster approvals, and coordinated start of care.
Commercial & Private Insurance
We work with many private, commercial, and employer-based insurance plans. Our office will verify your eligibility, confirm benefits, and obtain any required authorizations to ensure a smooth and timely start of care.
Out-of-Network & PPO Benefits
For families with PPO or out-of-network benefits, you may still qualify for partial reimbursement depending on your plan. We assist by providing the documentation and guidance needed to submit claims and maximize your coverage.
Private Pay Options
Flexible private pay services are available for skilled nursing visits and home health aide support for those without insurance coverage or who prefer direct services.
Long-Term Care Insurance
We also assist with long-term care insurance reimbursement for home health aide and personal care services. Our team helps families navigate policy benefits and simplify the claims process, reducing financial stress while ensuring consistent support at home.
At Carekal Health, we understand how confusing long-term care insurance can feel. As nurses and care coordinators, we’ve helped many families navigate benefits and get the care their loved ones deserve — without the stress

About us
With over 20 years of nursing experience, I bring a deep-rooted commitment to both acute and chronic care management, backed by a heart that beats for service. Nursing has never been just a profession for me—it’s my personal mission, a calling to serve God by serving others. Every patient interaction is an opportunity to uplift someone’s life and restore dignity, one compassionate act at a time.
At the core of our home health agency is the belief that quality of life is not a luxury—it’s a right. We stand in the gap, delivering expert clinical care in the comfort of our patients’ homes, with hands that heal and hearts that listen.
My specialized credentials reflect my passion for delivering advanced care to those in need. I hold certifications in:
Wound Care Management
Selective Wound Debridement
Foot Care Nursing
In addition to clinical proficiency, I’ve pursued a forward-thinking approach to holistic health by completing certification through Harvard Medical School in Health and Wellness: Designing a Sustainable Nutrition Plan. This allows me to integrate nutrition-based strategies into chronic disease management, preventative care, and patient education.
As the Administrator of Carekal Health, I bring together compassionate leadership, hands-on clinical insight, and a vision for quality and innovation in home health. I believe every patient deserves dignity, comfort, and care tailored to their unique journey—and that’s exactly what we deliver.
