Home Health Nursing & Therapy

We manage complex medical needs, chronic conditions, post-hospital recovery, wound care, medication management, and functional rehabilitation. With Registered Nurse, Physical Therapy Occupational Therapy and Social Worker oversight on every case, we bring hospital-level attention with a personal touch, helping patients regain independence, prevent readmissions, and improve daily quality of life.

In-Home Habilitation Program (Adults & Seniors 65+)

This program is designed for individuals who need structured support to build or maintain essential life skills. We focus on independence, safety, mobility, communication, and daily living skills through 1:1 training tailored to each person’s goals. Our model blends clinical expertise with person-centered teaching — perfect for adults with long-term conditions, cognitive changes, or functional limitations who want to stay confidently in their homes

Family Caregiver Training & Support

Caregiving shouldn’t feel overwhelming — and families shouldn’t be left to figure things out alone. Our RN-led training program teaches families how to safely support their loved ones at home. We cover medication safety, mobility assistance, catheter and wound care, glucose monitoring, fall prevention, dementia communication, and more. We empower families with the skills and confidence they need while partnering with them every step of the way.

CLIA-Waived In-Home Laboratory Testing

Carekal Health brings point-of-care testing directly into the home for faster diagnosis and faster treatment decisions. Our CLIA-waived services include A1C, urinalysis, PT/INR, hemoglobin, COVID/flu testing, pregnancy testing, and more. Immediate results help physicians and families act quickly without waiting on appointments or outside labs, improving patient outcomes and reducing avoidable hospital visits.

IV Therapy & Infusion Services

We provide safe, nurse-delivered IV therapy in the comfort of home, minimizing unnecessary clinic visits or ER trips. Services include hydration, antibiotics, vitamin infusions, electrolyte replacement, and chronic-condition infusion management. Every infusion is overseen by experienced nurses who prioritize safety, comfort, and close monitoring — because home-based infusion should be both convenient and clinically solid.

Advanced Foot & Nail Care Program

Our foot care program is ideal for seniors, diabetics, and individuals with mobility limitations who struggle with routine foot and nail maintenance. Delivered by certified nurses trained in advanced foot care, we address thickened nails, ingrown nails, calluses, dry or cracked skin, and preventive foot assessments. Consistent foot care reduces infections, improves mobility, and enhances overall comfort — especially for high-risk patients.
